Making Therapy Accessible

MindWell is in-network with Aetna Commercial plans for therapy. For clients with other insurance, we’re happy to support you as an out-of-network provider. what we help with

Common Mental Health Concerns We Address

Using proven techniques, we help patients identify triggers, reduce anxiety symptoms, and regain control over their lives.
We guide patients in understanding and managing depression through evidence-based interventions that restore motivation, connection, and hope.
We believe healing from trauma is possible. If you’re carrying the weight of a difficult experience — whether recent or long ago — our clinicians are here to help you find your footing, process what happened, and move forward at your own pace.
We understand that life can sometimes ask more of you than you have to give. If you’re feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or like you’re running on empty, our clinicians are here to help you slow down, restore your sense of balance, and find your way back to yourself.
We know that the relationships that matter most can also be the hardest to navigate. Whether you’re working through conflict, communication struggles, or a significant life transition, our clinicians are here to help you and the people you love find your way back to each other.
Our providers offer diagnostic evaluations and ongoing strategies to help individuals improve focus, organization, and daily functioning.
We know that even positive change can feel disorienting. Whether you’re stepping into something new or letting go of something familiar, our clinicians are here to help you find clarity, build confidence, and settle into who you’re becoming.

what we offer

Personalized Treatment, Grounded in Research

Evidence-Based Therapy

One-on-one sessions designed to help you manage emotions, build coping skills, and create lasting change. Our clinicians draw on a wide range of evidence-based approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among many others — tailoring each approach to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or working toward broader growth, individual therapy offers a dedicated space that is entirely yours.

MindWell offers evidence-based couples therapy using approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, and the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, resolve conflict, deepen connection, and build healthier relationship dynamics.

MindWell offers therapeutic group programs that provide support, connection, and skill-building in a collaborative setting, helping participants address shared challenges, build resilience, and grow alongside others with similar experiences.

MindWell partners with local schools, workplaces, and community organizations to provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that promote wellness, offer mental health education, and deliver accessible, community-based counseling and support services.

Comprehensive Evaluations

MindWell provides comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, using structured testing and clinical assessment to identify attention, focus, and executive functioning challenges. These evaluations offer clear insights and tailored recommendations to support individualized treatment, academic planning, and everyday functioning across the lifespan.

Our comprehensive autism assessments are designed to provide clarity — not just a diagnosis, but a deeper understanding of how you or your loved one thinks, learns, and experiences the world. Through structured testing and thorough clinical evaluation, we develop individualized recommendations that support meaningful next steps across treatment, education, and daily life.
Our comprehensive developmental assessments for young children — from birth through age five — offer a thorough look at how your child is growing, learning, and engaging with the world around them. Through careful evaluation of development, behavior, and emotional wellbeing, we provide detailed insights and individualized recommendations to help your child thrive from the very start.

Comprehensive psychoeducational assessments that measure cognitive, academic, and emotional functioning to provide clear insights and tailored recommendations for educational planning and therapeutic support.

“Our mission is to provide research-based outpatient mental health care to children and adults, alleviating psychological suffering, increasing our clients’ sense of meaning and purpose, and supporting thriving, resilient communities. We offer a balance of autonomy, support, and continuous education for our staff, and we train future mental health providers to excel in the compassionate care of our community.”
